Zen Linux is a Debian based bootable
live CD distribution. Most configuration
is done automatically upon boot and requires no user interaction.
It includes the ability to create remastered, personalised editions of the product.

Zen Linux v1.2r is now available.
We have something really special for you this time around. Alot of work has been put in to create a highly stable release. New frameworks have been added and we have the beginning of our GUI tools! We have a very intelligent GUI framework as well as full Debian Menu system integration! Also included are the very latest Gnome, KDE, XFCE, and even Enlightenment DR17!!!

This release adds a few new flavors to the official ISO set for your enjoyment:

Alternative: This contains all of the available Alternative window managers (xfce,EDR17,ion3,blackbox,openbox,fluxbox,etc...)
Pentest: This contains tools suitable for penetration testing, as well as a myriad of exploits and Metasploit Framework 2.4 Plus Updates (thanks to HD Moore!!!)

DVD: This contains Alternative, Pentest, Gnome and KDE all on a single DVD sized ISO image!!!

In addition we've renamed the "Core" series to "Master", to reflect it's nature of being used as a starting point for remastering.
